It will include signature Rain City bon bons, hand-made croissants with Miyoko's butter, and cookies! You will even have an option to add a vegan strawberry mojito mousse dessert.

Rain City Chocolates
Created in the Seattle area. Owner and chocolatier Amanda had found that there were not a lot of options for artisan vegan chocolates in the area and wanted to fill that need. She enjoys traveling and finding new flavors to bring back and incorporate into chocolate.
Valeriya Koulikova
Chef Koulikova specializes in modern pastry arts, creating custom entremets for special occasions. Since starting her custom cake business, she ventured out into baking arts as well, crafting her own laminated dough creations.
